Name: Data for "Metallic sealants increase CO2 flux and change selectivity in supported molten-salt membranes"
Description: Data that was used in preparing the permeation data figures in the manuscript of the same name/linked below. Raw data was processed to flux following the methodology outlined in the manuscript. Fig 1 (b) Mole fraction of N2 and O2 in the Ar sweep-gas outlet, with a cold-zone sealed support without laser-drilled pores. Fig 1 (c) Mole fraction of N2,O2 and CO2 in the Ar sweep-gas outlet during a permeation experiment at 650 °C with a 50 mol% CO2, 25 mol% O2 in N2 feed gas. Fig 2 (b) CO2 and O2 fluxes as a function of feed gas at 650 °C in the Au, hot-zone-sealed membrane. An Ar sweep gas was used across all sections, with feed gas varying: (1) 50% CO2, 25% O2 in N2, (2) 50% CO2 in N2 and (3) 50% CO2, 25% O2 in N2. Fig 3 (a) CO2 and O2 fluxes at 650 °C in the Ag, hot-zone-sealed membrane. An Ar sweep gas was used, with feed gas 50% CO2, 25% O2 in N2. Funding
